摘要
目的:考察他巴唑模型对下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴、甲状腺轴、性腺轴的影响,比较性别对他巴唑模型的影响。方法:采用他巴唑模型最为常用的造模时间(15天)分成3个剂量组进行造模,考察了他巴唑模型的体温、体重变化、血清皮质醇(CORT)、三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺素(T4)、睾酮(T)/雌二醇(E2)等指标,观察模型下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴、甲状腺轴、性腺轴个轴的变化,并比较雄性大鼠和雌性大鼠模型的区别。结果:认为大鼠他巴唑模型可以出现明显的体温下降,血清T3、T4下降,而对肾上腺轴和性腺轴的干扰不明显。结论:他巴唑模型适用于模拟甲状腺功能低下为主的肾阳虚证,其他方面的病理改变不明显,雄性大鼠和雌性大鼠均可以用作造模动物。
Objective: Review the effect of thiamazole model on hypothal amus - pituitary adrenal, hypothyroid and gonad. Methods : Use the most common used period(15days) of thiamazole model build models. There are three groups of different dosages. Research the temperature, avoirdupois, cortisol ( COR), triiodothyronine ( T3 ), thyroxine ( T4 ), estroron ( E2 ), testosterone ( T), etc. Review the effect of thiamazole model on hypothal amus -pituitary adrenal, hypothyroid, gonad, and compare the difference between two genders, Results: There are obvious descend in triiodothyronine( T3 )and thyroxine( T4 ). No evidence effect on adrenal and gonad is found in the models. Conclusion : Thiamazole models are suitable for mimic kidney - yang deficiency that is mostly arosed by insufficiency of thyriod hormones. There are no obvious change the other two axis. Male or female rat are both suit for make thiamazole model.
