摘要
通过对农业适度规模经营的内涵与实现形式的探索,以及就实现农业适度规模经营的制约因素的分析,得出了一个基本结论,农业的适度规模经营是实现农业结构调整、农民增收、农村发展的惟一可行途径。
Since the open- refurm, the Chinese village has extensively carried out the family association produees the contract respunsibility system and obtained the evidently achievements, but with the development uf market reform. there were some contradictions arid tin, questions in the course of the agriculture and the rural economy development. The agricultural economy structnre adjustment was slow, the peasant additiomally benefits and the village development stamina was insufficient. The advanced indushy, gradually implemented the agricahural moderate gauge simulation management can resolve these contradictions and the question effectively, and become the realistic way of Chinese agricuhure and village. Based on the research of the connotation about agricultural moderate scale management and the realization form. and the analysis of restriction factor analysis about realizing agricultural moderate scale management, the basic cunclusion was that the agricuhural moderate scale management was the only feasible way about realizing the agricuhural structure adjustment, the peasant additionally receives and the village development.
