摘要
以小麦、绿豆、油菜为受体植物,采用室内生物测定方法,研究了钻形紫菀的化感作用。结果表明,0.4、0.6g/ml钻形紫菀茎叶浸提液对小麦、绿豆、油菜活力指数、根长及苗高有明显的抑制作用;钻形紫菀对油菜化感作用最强,其次是小麦、绿豆。在自然条件下,钻形紫菀可以形成单一优势群落,影响生物多样性,具有较大的危害潜力。
By means of bioassay in laboratory,the allelopathy of Aster subulatu,a kind of invasive plant,in the germination of wheat,bean and rape was studied.The results showed that the extraction (0.4 g/ml or 0.6 g/ml ) from restrained the seed vigor index,length of root and seedling height obvlously.According to their synthetic inhibitory effect (SE),the allelopathy in rape was the strongest,next was wheat and bean.Aster subulatus may form superiority community, affecting the biological diversity, so it had a bigger potential of harmful effect.
