摘要
针对火电单元机组锅炉对象的大迟延和大惯性的特点,在分析了常规锅炉前馈控制系统的基础上,基于动静能量分离的思想,构造了锅炉侧智能复合模糊前馈控制器,应用于火电单元机组协调控制系统中。仿真研究及实际控制效果表明,在提高机组的负荷响应和抗干扰能力的同时,使动态超调大为减小。有利于单元机组运行的安全性、经济性和稳定性。
This paper analyzed many existing problems such as the slow response and big overshoot in the coordinated-control system of boilers. An intelligent-composite fuzzy-feedforward controller was constructed on the basis of the idea of separating the kinetic energy and static energy, and then was used into the coordinated-control system of the thermal-power unit plant. The simulation results and real control effects show that the load response speed is increased and the anti-inference ability is improved, at the same time the dynamic overshoot is decreased, which is good for the safety, economical efficiency and stability of the unit plant operation.
