摘要
目的研究甘露寡糖对SPF大鼠结肠结构的影响。方法将体重100±100g、同性、同品系SPF试验大鼠分为生理盐水对照组、什露寡聚糖组、大肠菌液组、甘露寡聚糖+乳酸菌液组共4组,每组10~20只,分开饲养。每天称小鼠体重,摄食量、水量随意。采集饲养28d的大鼠结肠,通过同定、染色,得到组织切片。结果饲喂甘露寡糖有益于结肠粘膜上皮细胞的排列,并能改善对号肠绒毛长度,肠道肌层厚度。结论饲喂不同水平的甘露寡糖对大鼠结肠组织影响较大,直接影响其组织结构。
Objective To investigate the effects of mannose- oligosaccharide on the colonal tissue of SPF rats. Methods The SPF rats ( weight 100 ±10.0g) were divided into four groups: the control group, the mannose - oligosaccharide group, the E. coli group, and the mannose - oligosaccharide + Lactococcus lactis group. There were 10 - 20 rats in every group and each rat was fed singly. The weight and amount of food were surveyed every day but the water was freely. The colon in every SPF rats was take on 28 days,and the sections were fixed and stained for histologiacl examination. Results Mannose- oligosaccharide was beneficial to the arrange of endothelial cell in mucous membrane of colon, and it can improve the length of villi and thiekness of muscular layerin in colon. Conclusion Feeding different levels of mannose - oligosaccharide can act on the colonal tissue in SPF rats and directly affect the histologiacl sructure of colon.
