摘要 CCD电荷耦合器件是20世纪70年代初发展起来的新型半导体集成光电器件,广泛应用于工业现场和生产过程中。本文介绍了以凌阳单片机为核心,利用CCD对动态小目标进行检测的系统,着重分析了CCD驱动及单片机对CCD信号进行数据采集与处理系统。利用CCD技术对动态目标进行检测,取代了以往的人工检测,可使工作稳定可靠,测量精度高,检测速度快,应用方便,此方法适用于各种高灵敏、高精度的在线检测。 The electric charge coupled devices of CCD is a new-type semiconductor integrated photoelectric device developed at the beginning of the seventies of the 20th century. It is widely used in the industrial fields and production procedures. LingYang Singlechip Microcompute to be the core of the system and the detecting to the small dynamic object with the CCD technology are described,It is discussed mainly about the drive circuit to the CCD and the data gathing and procession system with SCM to the CCD signal,Instead of the detecting with man's eyes to the dynamic object,the CCD technology is more steady and trusty,high-accuracy and high-speed and facility.This method is the same with all kinds of the high-sensitivity and high-accuracy online measuring.
