摘要
齿轮激光淬火有效硬化层深的取值到目前为止没有统一的标准,这对该项技术的推广应用十分不利。为此,根据齿轮淬火硬化层深的主要计算理论,进行了齿轮激光淬火与渗碳淬火有效硬化层深的对比研究,并根据国内外齿轮激光淬火的试验与应用研究结果,提出了大模数激光淬火硬化层深的取值范围。
There is not standard about the available hardened depth of laser quenching gears,which is disadvantage to its application.According to mostly theories about gear quenching hardened depth,contrast study of available hardened depth about gears carburizing treatment and laser quenching is carried through.The available hardened depth range of large module gears is brought forward based on domestic and overseas research results of laser quenching.
