摘要
人才流失问题一直是多年来困挠着我国西部地区高校 ,制约着西部地区高等教育发展的难题。本文在认真分析西部高校人才流失的深层次原因的基础上 ,对如何解决这一问题进行了认真的探讨 ,提出了一系列可行性对策。
The Brain Drain' is the big problem, which has been perplexed the Universities of West-China and inferenced the development of higher education in this area. Based on the deep analysis to the causes of this problem, this essay tried to go further into the ways on how to deal with this kind of problem and gave some useful suggestions on it.
