摘要
使用UG三维CAD软件对汽车侧围外板零件进行三维建模,并转换到Dynaform中建立了侧围外板零件的有限元模型;通过模拟计算分析讨论了坯料尺寸、压边力、材料参数n、r值对零件成形的影响,确定了合适的坯料尺寸和材料参数。
We build the three-dimension numerical model for the automobile's side frame outer panel by the CAD software, UG and translate it into the DYNAFORM for building its FEM model; then we analyze some influencing factors to stamping through simulation, which indude blank size, pressure-pad-force, material parameter's n and r, finally, We offer the proper blank size and material parameters.
