摘要
就如何解决大学生就业难与基层人才匮乏这一社会性矛盾入手,从理论和实践两个方面,探讨了农业类高等院校如何准确定位,更新培养教育体系,进而建立起引导和鼓励大学生面向基层就业的长效机制,为基层输送更多“愿意去、能干好、干得好”的大学毕业生。
In order to resolve the social contradiction between the difficulty of graduates＇ employment and the absence of talented persons at the grass roots, it is discussed theoretically and practically for agricultural colleges and universities how to orientate, renovate educational systems and set up a long-term mechanism of leading and encouraging graduates to work at the grass roots so that more and more graduates who are not only willing to go to the grass roots but also have ability to do well go to the grass roots.
