摘要
从知识管理角度,通过对核心技术创新过程进行逆向研究,提出了核心技术的消化、吸收及应用的思路,期望对我国企业实现核心技术的突破有所帮助.
From the view of knowlege management,it tries to mine,capture,divide and codify the core ＂tacit knowledge＂ in technology transfer,expecting to do some help in grasping the core technology.
