摘要
连杆是连接内燃机活塞与曲轴的一个重要零件,在拉伸、压缩和弯曲等交变载荷的综合作用下,其主要破坏形式是疲劳破坏。通过综合不同类型连杆的疲劳破坏实例对疲劳破坏部位和断裂失效原因进行探讨,对连杆的设计和避免疲劳断裂失效具有一定的指导作用。
Connecting rod is an important part that connects piston and crankshaft of a diesel engine. Fatigue is the main failure form of connecting rods through changing loads, such as tensing, pressing and bending, etc. Synthesizing the cases of different types of fatigue, the article explores the locations and causes of failure which is useful for designing connecting rods and avoiding fatigue failure.
