摘要
对6110柴油机整体曲轴建立了符合实际情况的三维模型,进行了三维有限元分析,研究了整体曲轴的应力状态和变形情况,并对曲轴在交变载荷下的疲劳强度进行了校核。对曲轴带飞轮和皮带轮及不带飞轮和皮带轮两种情况下进行了模态分析,并进行了比较。为柴油机曲轴的结构设计提供了有价值的理论依据。
By setting up a three-dimensional model of 6110 diesel engine crankshaft corresponding to the practical conditions, analysis on it using three-dimensional finite element method was carried out. The state of stress and distortion of the crankshaft was researched on. The fatigue strength was verified under the changing load in this paper. The models of crankshaft with flywheel and pulley and crankshaft without flywheel and pulley were analyzed and compared. So the valuable theory basis is provided for the crankshaft structure design.
