摘要
在我国经济体制转变、城市土地使用制度改革等宏观制度背景深刻影响下,在城市产业结构转变的驱动下,上海市中心区居住空间正在经历巨大的变革。该文通过回顾上海市静安区的物质空间发展过程,考察居住空间的几个重要宏观历史发展阶段,试图从城市住区发展与变迁的制度背景、动力因素、行动主体、空间表征等角度出发,解析城市中心区居住空间发展、变迁的外在变化特征与内在规律。同时,在经济全球化的大背景下、城市社会空间在转型过程中的上海,中心城区居住空间的发展趋势提出了见解。
Under the profundity background of the conversion of economy system, the innovation of the urban ground usage system, with the tmputse of the urban domain structure transit, the residential space In the central district of Shanghai is going through a great change. Through reviewing the procession of the physical space in Jingan District, investigating the several important phase of macro historical development, the article tries to resolve the out change features and interior rule about the development and variance of residential space in the urban central district with the viewpoint of system background, motivity factors, main action body, space token and so on. At the same time, the article put forwards the opinions about the developing trend of resldential space in central district under the condition of the globalization and the social space transformation in Shanghai.
