摘要
目的:观察不同剂量拯阳汤对阳虚小鼠红细胞免疫功能及胸腺细胞凋亡的影响。方法:检测红细胞免疫粘附促进因子、红细胞免疫粘附抑制因子的活性以及凋亡细胞。结果:拯阳汤对阳虚小鼠的红细胞免疫功能具有促进作用,在一定剂量范围内与红细胞免疫粘附促进因子成正相关,与红细胞免疫粘附抑制因子呈负相关;对胸腺细胞凋亡的抑制作用在一定剂量范围内成正比,剂量越大,作用越强。结论:拯阳汤能增强阳虚小鼠红细胞免疫功能,对胸腺细胞凋亡具有抑制作用,其药理作用与剂量有关。
Objective ： To observe the effects of Zhengyangtang（ZYT） on immunological function of RBC and apoptosis of thymocytes in mice with deficiency of vital function （DVF）. Methods： The RBC immunoregulative factors, including rosette forming enhancement rate （RFER） and rosette forming inhibitor rate （RFIR） were detected. In addition, apoptosis of the thymocytes was investigated as well. Results ： The herb serum contained ZYT could increase RFER and decrease RFIR. The results indicated that RFER was in direct proportion to the concentration of ZYT, but RFIR was in inverse proportion to it. It could inhibit the apoptosis of thymocytes in DVF mice. The higher the dosages were, the stronger the effect would be. Conclusion ： ZYT can improve the immunological function of RBC and inhibit the apoptosis of thymocytes in DVF mice, its immunopharmacological effects are dosagerelated.
