摘要
针对汽车悬架优化模型简单、遗传算法概率参数主观选取问题、早熟问题,建立了汽车悬架柔性多体模型,并且对遗传算法进行了改进。通过建立遗传算法和ADAMS软件接口,首次实现了柔性多体模型汽车悬架参数的遗传算法优化。通过对33自由度的多刚体模型汽车悬架和42自由度的柔性多体模型汽车悬架进行优化分析,表明应用柔性多体汽车悬架模型的结果要优于多刚体汽车悬架模型的结果。
Aimed at the simplicity of optimization model of automobile suspended frame, and subjective selection problem and early-maturing problem of probabilistic parameters in genetic algorithm, the flexible multi-body model of automobile suspended frame was established, and an improvement was carried out on genetic algorithm. By means of establishing genetic algorithm and interface of ADAMS software, the optimization of genetic algorithm for the parameters of automobile suspended frame in flexible multi-body model was firstly realized. By way of carrying out optimization analysis on the automobile suspended frame in multi-rigid-body model with 33 DOF, and on the automobile suspended frame in flexible multi-body model with 42 DOF, it is indicated that the result of using the flexible multi-body automobile suspended frame model is superior to the result of using the multi-rigid-body automobile suspended frame model.
