瓦特连杆扭转梁悬架建模优化与整车仿真 被引量:2

Modeling and Optimization of Twist Beam Rear Suspension with Watt's Link and Full-vehicle Simulation

摘要 针对扭转梁悬架在侧向力作用下呈过多转向趋势,基于扭梁悬架上添加瓦特杆的方案,利用ADAMS软件,建立了带瓦特连杆的扭梁悬架模型。两悬架仿真分析表明:瓦特杆扭梁悬架在侧向力作用下呈不足转向趋势,较好地改善了扭转梁悬架的C特性。为获取更好的前束外倾特性,利用ADAMS/Insight软件,对瓦特扭梁悬架的结构参数进行了优化。 In view of the lateral force oversteer problem of twist beam suspensions,the model of this kind suspension with Watt's link is built based on the scheme of twist beam equipped with Watt's link and ADAMS software. Through the computer simulations of the two types of rear suspension in condition of lateral force,the twist beam rear suspension with Watt's link becomes lateral force understeer which proves that the suspension with Watt's link could improve the C characters of the twist beam rear suspension. In order to obtain better toe & camber features,structural parameters of twist beam rear suspension with Watt's link are optimized in use of ADAMS / Insight.
