摘要
追求教育公平与保证教育质量是教育的永恒课题。教育资源不足,特别是优质教育资源稀缺,使教育质量提高与人们日益增长的教育需求之间的矛盾不断加剧。如何在拓展优质教育资源的同时保证教育质量,成为百姓关注的焦点。本文试图以杭州市名校集团化办学为个案,从实证的角度,对教育公平和教育质量的关系进行重新解读。
It is an everlasting topic to pursue education equality and guarantee education quality. And in the current society, there exist aggravating conflicts between the educational resources and people＇s ever growing demand for education, since the educational resources are not sufficient, especially the superior educational resources are scarce. Therefore, how to cultivate superior educational resources and guarantee the education quality meanwhile has become a focus for the general public. The paper tries to re--comprehend the relationship between education equality and education quality from the positive perspective, by selecting a case of group school-running strategy of famous schools in Hangzhou.
