摘要
根据1913 t/h超临界锅炉启动分离器的结构及设计参数,分析了启动分离器在内压及温度变化作用下的内压应力和温度应力分布,提出了内压应力及温度应力指数,并根据锅炉启停曲线对其疲劳寿命进行了验算。
Based on previous experiences, gained in analyzing strength of boiler structures, the internal pressure incited stress distribution in a 1913 t/h supereritical boiler's start-up separator, as well as its thermal stress distribution, caused by temperature variations, are being analyzed. Indexes of internal pressure incited stress and of thermal stresses are furthermore presented, with which life expectancy calculated, according to the boiler's start-up and shut-down curves.
