摘要
选取1 000MW锅炉汽水分离器为研究对象,根据机组运行曲线确定边界条件,建立其三维有限元模型。计算了冷态启动工况下的瞬态热应力、机械应力和总应力,讨论了热应力、机械应力和总应力的分布规律,分析了影响应力的各种因素,找出了汽水分离器最大应力点位置及随时间的变化规律。
The 1 000MW boiler water separator is chosen as the research object and its 3-D finite element model is founded based on the unit operation curve.The transient thermal stress,mechanical stress and total stress of the water separator are calculated by finite element method.The distributions law of the transient thermal stress,mechanical stress and total stress are discussed.The stress influence factors are analysed.The biggest stress location of the water separator and the variation law with time are finded out.
