摘要
某型自行火炮输弹机的虚拟样机,基于虚拟样机技术,利用ADAMS,结合Pro/E软件建立。其建模包括输弹机本体、齿轮传动装置及液压系统建模。通过动力学分析获得0°、30°和65°装填角条件输弹机的仿真结果,得出三种装填角弹丸的卡膛速度。与理论计算、实验结果进行比较,证明所建输弹机虚拟样机可信。
Based on virtual prototype technology, a certain ramming mechanism virtual prototype of self-propelled gun was constructed by using ADAMS and Pro/E software. The modeling includes entity modeling, gear assembly modeling and hydraulic system modeling. Projectile's seizing-bore velocities at 0°, 30°and 65° were obtained through dynamic simulation analysis. Compared with theoretical and experimental test results, the creditability of the ramming mechanism virtual prototype was proved.
