摘要
复杂产品的概念设计是一个典型的不良定义求解问题,为了支持其计算机辅助设计,研究了复杂产品概念设计的特点,考虑了复杂产品概念设计阶段对多学科设计的要求,构建了基于反馈的复杂产品分解—映射—协商—综合的多学科概念设计过程模型,并对过程模型中的分解机制、映射机制、协商机制和综合机制做了分析,最后提出了支持复杂产品多学科概念设计原型系统设计方案。
The design of complex products can be considered as a topic ill problem,in order to meet the computer aided design of complex products,this paper studied the characteristics of conceptual design of complex product,and considerd the demand of multidisciplinary design in the process of conceptual design.In this method,the model of the conceptual design process with Decomposition-Mapping-Negotiation-Synthesis based on Feedback(F-DMNS)was first established,after the research of the realization of four key links,such as decomposition mechanism,mapping mechanism,negotiation mechanism and synthesis mechanism,the prototype system used for multidisciplinary conceptual design of complex product were developed.
