摘要
目的:研究广东桑(Morus atropurpurea Roxb.)种子中的化学成分。方法:运用各种色谱方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化舍物的结构。结果:从广东桑种子中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为β-蜕皮松(1)、无羁萜(2)、熊果酸(3)、柚皮苷(4)、柚皮素(5)、山柰酚(6)、槲皮素(7)、苯甲酸1-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(8)、苯甲酸(9)及β-谷甾醇(10)。结论:化合物1~10均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Aim:To study the chemical constituents of the seeds of Morus atropurpurea. Methods:The constituents were isolated and purified by colunm chromatographies. Their structures were identified by physico-chemical properties as well as spectral data. Flesults: Ten compounds were isolated from the seeds of Morus atropurpurea. And their structures were elucidated as β- ecdysone ( 1 ), friedelin (2), ursolic acid (3), naringin (4), naringenin (5), kaempferol (6), quercetin (7) , 1- O-β-D-glucopyranosyl benzoate (8), benzoic acid (9) and β-sitosterol (10), respectively.Conclusion:All compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
