Study on the chemical constituents in Euphorbia Lactea

摘要 采用普通硅胶、反相硅胶及Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱手段对帝锦(Euphorbia lactea)的化学成分进行分离纯化,从其地上部分的70%丙酮提取物中得到6个化合物.根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定了化合物的结构,分别为:无羁萜(1)、表木栓醇(2)、蒲公英赛醇(3)、山奈酚-3-鼠李糖苷(4)、β-谷甾醇(5)及没食子酸(6).所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到. Six compounds were isolated from 70 % aqueous acetone extracts of the aerial part of E. lactea by silica column chromatography, ODS, and Sephadex LH - 20 column chromatography. The structures of these com- pounds, friedelin ( 1 ), 3 - epifriedelinol ( 2 ) , taraxerol (3) , afezelin (4) , 13 - sitosterol ( 5 ) , and gallic acid ( 6 ) were determined by the spectroscopic method including MS, 1H NMR, and 13C NMR spectra. All of these com- pounds were obtained from the E. lactea for the first time.
