摘要
在比较东部、西部和东北地区的人才机制现状和创新点的基础上,提出了中部地区人才机制创新的3方面:建立多层次多渠道的人才培养机制、构筑独具特色的人才吸引机制和创建科学有效的人才使用机制。
Based on comparing the status and innovation point on intellectual mechanism of other areas of China, this paper puts forward three aspects of innovation on intellectual mechanism about central China： establishing multi-layer and multi-tunnel mechanism of intellectual fostering, building distinctive mechanism of intellectual attracting, constructing scientific and effective mechanism of intellectual using.
