摘要
以0.1mol的碳酸钠水溶液为电解液,以牺牲阳极铝为代价,采用电化学的方法无需经过溶胶凝胶过程就成功制备出粒径小且分布窄的纳米氧化铝。并用XRD、TEM和IR对粉体的结构和形貌进行了表征。结果表明,经750℃和950℃分别处理1h后得到了球形的γAl2O3和δAl2O3。为纳米材料的研究提供了既无毒无害,又操作简单的制备方法。
Nano-Al2O3 powders were prepared by electrochemical method using high pure Al as sacrificing anode, aqueous sodium carbonate solution( 0.1 mol ) as electrolyte. XRD, TEM and IR were used to characterize the powders. The results show that γ-Al2O3 and δ-Al2O3 with a uniform size are obtained after firing respectively at 750℃ and 950℃ for 1 h. This proposes an innocuous and simple preparation method for the study of nano-material.
