摘要
目的:比较不同大小球囊对球囊损伤术建立兔颈动脉粥样硬化模型成功率的影响。方法:50只中国大耳白兔中42只给予高脂饲料喂养加球囊损伤术,以球囊与血管的直径比1.5∶1为中球囊直径,随机分为大、中、小球囊组(n分别为15、15、12),分别使用直径为3.0mm、2.75mm和2.5mm的球囊。另外8只给予普通饲料为对照组。在实验第8周分别处死各组动物,观察颈动脉血流及病变形态特征。结果:大、中、小球囊组分别有3、8、11只出现典型的动脉粥样硬化病变,颈动脉闭塞分别为10、6、0只,小球囊组造模成功率明显高于其他两组(P<0.05),大、中球囊组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:球囊损伤加高脂饲料可使家兔形成典型的颈动脉粥样硬化病变,球囊与血管直径之比,以略小于1.5∶1为宜。
Objective:To compare the rate of in establing carotid atherosclerotic rabit models with different size balloon. Methods : Forty - two Chinese white rabbits, fed by high cholesterol diet and injured by balloon, were divided randomly into the big, medium and small balloon groups( n = 15,15 and 12, respectively). The diameter ratio of medium balloon/vessel was 1.5/1, and the three kinds of balloon' s diameters were 3.0 mm, 2.75 mm and 2.5 mm, respectively. The other 8 rabbits were fed by normal diet as a blank control. Animals were sacrificed 8weeks after experiment. Blood stream and morphological characteristic of the carotid arteries were examined with naked eye, light microscope and transmission electron microscope. Results:The rabbits of typical carotid atherosclerosis observed in the big, medium and small balloon groups were 3,8and 11, respectively. The blocked carotid of the three groups were 10,6 and 0,respectively. The success rate of the small balloon group was obviously higher than those of the other two groups( P 〈 0.05 ), but there was no difference between the big and medium balloon groups (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion:The typical carotid atherosclerosis rabbit model can be established successfully by high cholesterol diet and balloon - injury. The proper diameter ratio of balloon/vessel should be a little less than 1.5: 1.
