摘要
目的:用非抑制型电导检测离子排斥色谱法分离测定大青叶中有机酸的含量。方法:以2.2 mmol/L对甲苯磺酸为流动相,流量为0.6 mg/mL,柱温40℃。结果:大青叶中顺丁烯二酸、柠檬酸、DL-苹果酸、琥珀酸和反丁烯二酸5种有机酸的含量分别为8.04×103、3.32×104、3.00×104、506.42、389.84 mg/kg。结论:该方法快速、简便。
Objective: To establish a non - suppressed ion exclusion chromatographic method with conductivity detector for the separation and determination of organic acids in indigowoad leaf. Methods : The aqueous solution of 2.2mmoL/L p - toluenesulfonic acid was used as mobile phase with the flow rate of 0.6 mg/mL. The temperature of the column was 40QC. Results : The content of maleic acid, citric acid, malic acid, succinic acid and fumaric acid were 8.04×10^3 mg/kg,3.32×10^4 mg/kg, 3.00×10^4 mg/kg,506.42 mg/kg and 389.84 mg/kg,respectively. Conclusion: The method was rapid and convenient.
