摘要
建立了用RP-HPLC法直接测定复方制剂“稚泻停口服液”中柠 檬酸含量的方法。线性回归方程为Y=43 594X-33，r=0..999 8。 线性范围为0.47～15.64 μg，RSD为0.61%，平均回收率为100%(n=7)。一次测定只需20 min，测定时样品无需特殊处理。
To establish a method for the determination of citr ic acid in “Zhixieting” oral liquid, which is a compound Chinese herbal prepa ration containing Fructus Mume as the main active ingredient, su pplemented with several other herbal drugs, for the treatment of infantile diarr hea. Contents of citric acid in samples of the preparation were determined by R P -HPLC on SUPELCOSLL LC18 column (15 cm×4.6 mm; 5 μm) with a mobile phase of 0.5% NH4H2PO4 and detected at a wave length of 214 nm.. T he linear regression equation was found to be Y=43 594X-33 (r=0.9 9 9 8); linear range of determination, 0.47～15..64 μg; average reco very rate, 100% (n=7);RSD=0.61%; minimum detect ab le amount 2.6×10-7 g; and a single determination needed only 20 min. .Th e method proved to be simple, need no pretreatment of sample, and may be recommended for the quality control of “Zhixieting” oral liquid..
