摘要
青少年社区矫治是预防青少年犯罪工作的制度创新;用社会工作的专业价值和专业手法介入青少年社区矫治是实践创新,两者的结合是符合国际青少年工作发展的大趋势的。本文从青少年问题和青少年犯罪出发,分析了青少年社区矫治三种本土化模式的优势和局限性,从社会工作的职业导向、价值前提和实践理念展现社会工作在青少年社区矫治的介入空间。
Youth community correction is an institutional creation in youth crime prevention. Social work intervention in community youth correction is a practical creation. The combination of the two corresponds with the general trend in the development of youth work in the world. This paper analyzes the respective advantages and shortcomings of three indigenous models of youth community correction from the perspective of youth problem and youth crime, and demonstrates the space for social work intervention in the aspects of occupational guide, value prerequisites and practical notions of social work.
