摘要
谷胱甘肽硫转移酶(GSTs)是一类具有多种生理功能的同功酶,它不仅是生物体内一种重要的Ⅱ相解毒酶,而且具有抗氧化损伤作用。GST-π是从人胎盘中分离出的一种亚型,在人体多种肿瘤中都有异常表达,其与肿瘤细胞的耐药性有密切的关系。GSTs与昆虫的抗药性及寄生虫的代谢也有密切的关系。
