摘要
本文报道了采用初始量50毫克,间日递增肌注丙酸睾丸酮的生理诱导方法,在总样本数60头(实验30头,对照组30头)的中试规模上,连续两年对不同年龄的雄麝进行诱导实验研究。实验结果表明,诱导泌香反应发生率为95.9%,无论对在自然泌香期中有正常泌香能力和没有自然泌香能力的雄麝都有能使之产生诱导泌香行为的显著效果。每头麝年均产8.69克诱导香,最大个体产诱导香量为22.5克,实验组与对照组比较总年均增产率达78.8%,显著性地提高了麝香产量。该诱导方法与国内文献报道的各种方法比较,为最大样本的连续诱导实验,为增产率最高,接近生产实践的中试研究。本研究还首次考察了诱导对雄麝的主要机理能(自然泌香力、生殖力)以及死亡率是否有不良影响。结果表明,雄麝经生理诱导二次泌香后,对其自然泌香能力无显著性影响,而丙组老龄雄麝经诱导后次年的自然泌香产量尚表现出具有正后效应,使次年自然泌香量比上年增加26%左右。并且表明本诱导技术对降低死亡率和提高双胎率有一定作用。
The physiological inducement of the secondary musk secretion of male Musk-Deer were covered in this paper, by first injecting testosterone propionate 50mg, increasing the dosage progressively every 48 hrs. during the non-musk secretion period. Our experimental results showed that among the 27 head of male muskdeer of different ages the occurrence rate of induced musk secretion was more than 95% in two years andth at almost all male musk-deers had the dramatic features of musk secretion caused by androgen inducement, regardless of whethe-or not the male musk-deers secreted during the inatural musk secretion period. Experimnets also indicated that the total of induced musk yield in two years was 440.0g and the average annual growth rate of musk yield was 78.8%; the individual average value of musk yield was 10.7g. and the maximum reached 22.5g. Comparison of the approach of physiological inducement by androgen in this paper with the those reported in the literature demonstrated that our experiment had some outstanding advantages, such as physiological inducement for successive two years in medium-sized scale, the maximum of average annual growth rate of musk yield. According to experimental results, the approach of physiological inducement by androgen not only could raise yield of musk secretion in this year, but also the musk secretion yield in the next year increased by 26% over the previous year, indicating physiological inducement by androgen had a positiveafter-effects on the musk secretion of male musk-deer. Finaly, it was also found that the approach of physiological inducement by androgen had no harmful effects on the physiological function of the male musk-deer of our experimental group. such as the mortality rate and the breeding rate.
