摘要
分析危险品运输网络设计的一般过程及其双重约束特征,在此基础上兼顾政府与运输商双方不同的利益目标,建立一个双层规划模型,借用库恩-塔克条件提出该模型的一个简单解法,并利用算例进行分析.
The common course and the character of two-way restrictions in the design of hazardous material transportation network are studied. A bi-level programming model giving consideration to both the government and carriers is presented and an easier algorithm based on the Kahn-Tucker is showed. In the end, a case is studied.
