摘要
水土保持方案是开发建设项目可行性研究阶段立项必备的技术文件。方案的编制应将重点放在开发建设项目的可行性研究阶段,水土保持方案要对主体工程设计提出约束条件。水土保持设计的重点是初步设计, 主管部门应加强对初步设计阶段水土保持章节的审查。
Water and soil conservation plan is the essential technical document during the feasibility studies of development or construction project. The plan should be made in the feasibility study stage so that restriction conditions are given by the water and soil conservation plan to the design of main part of the project. The design of water and soil conservation shall be carried out in preliminary design stage, so that the department- in-charge performs careful examination to the water and soil conservation chapter.
