摘要
以钠基膨润土为原料,制备铁钛交联膨润土,并应用于含铬模拟废水的处理.探讨交联膨润土的用量、废水pH值、吸附时间等最佳使用条件,比较原土和交联土对铬的吸附效果.实验结果表明:交联土的吸附效果明显优于原土,在最佳实验条件下交联土对Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率达到99%,并且交联土对铬的吸附行为符合Freundlich吸附等温方程.
Fe-Ti cross-linked montmorillonites were synthesized from Na-montmorillonite to treat wastewater containing Cr( Ⅵ). Some factors were examined in the experiment such as feeding amount of cross-linked montmorillonite, pH of wastewater and stirring time etc.. The performance of original montmorillonite and Fe-Ti cross-linked montmorillonite was "compared in treating wasterwater containing Cr( Ⅵ ). The results showed as fellows: the adsorption rate of Cr( Ⅵ ) with cross-linked montmorillonite at optimum has reached 99 %, and the adsorptions fit Freundlich adsorption isotherm.
