不锈钢含铬废水处理工程案例分析

摘要 本文简要介绍了含铬废水的传统处理方法,并结合某不锈钢冷轧企业含铬废水处理工程实例进行具体分析。处理前,该企业含铬废水总铬浓度为36.0~50.0 mg/L,六价铬浓度为31.0~42.0 mg/L。采用化学沉淀+膜处理+蒸发浓缩法组合工艺处理后,含铬废水的总铬浓度为0.050~0.09 mg/L,六价铬浓度小于0.004 mg/L。 This paper briefly introduces the traditional treatment methods of chromium-containing wastewater,and conducts a specific analysis in conjunction with an example of a stainless steel cold-rolling enterprise chromium-containing wastewater treatment project.Before treatment,the total chromium concentration of the enterprise’s chromium-containing wastewater was 36.0~50.0 mg/L,and the hexavalent chromium concentration was 31.0~42.0 mg/L.After the combined process of chemical precipitation+membrane treatment+evaporation concentration method is used,the total chromium concentration of chromium-containing wastewater is 0.050~0.09 mg/L,and the concentration of hexavalent chromium is less than 0.004 mg/L.
