摘要
介绍了一套腐蚀管路动态模拟试验系统,利用该系统较深入地研究了各种介质条件(温度、流速、矿化度、溶解氧含量)对油田采出水腐蚀性的影响。指出对于封闭集输系统,油田采出水腐蚀性较强的条件是较高温度、较高流速及较高矿化度;溶解氧含量的增加会显著加剧油田采出水的腐蚀性。
A dynamic simulation test system for pipeline corrosion is introduced. The system can be used to study the impact of media conditions like temperature, velocity, minerality and dissolved oxygen on the corrosivity of oll field production water. In the closed-loop gathering system, the higher temperature, higher velocity and higher minerality are the main factors for the corrosivity of production water. The increase of dissolved oxygen will increase the corrosivity.
