摘要
介绍了石化厂内金属设施所用到的各种涂料,如油罐、平台和楼梯、管道、换热器内壁以及用量较少的几种特种涂料,对其优缺点进行评介,指出具有发展前景的品种.最后,提出以水性涂料为代表的环境友好涂料是今后石化行业所用防腐蚀涂料的发展趋势.
Metal-made facilities suffer from corrosion seriously in petrochemical industry. Coating technology can prevent or retard the occurrence of corrosion. The paper presents paints used in petrochemical factories such as coatings for oil tank, pipeline, platform and floor, heat - exchanger as well as other special functional coatings. It values the merits and shortcomings of every sort of coatings and points out the kinds of coatings with bright prospects. In the end, it puts forward that waterborne coatings, as representatives of environmental friendly coatings are the developing trend in the near future.
