摘要
目的:研究长叶胡颓子根茎的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱进行分离纯化,波谱分析鉴定其结构。结果:从长叶胡颓子根茎中分离并鉴定了7个化合物,分别为白芷内酯(1),补骨脂内酯(2),香草酸(3),bakuchiol(4),齐墩果酸(5),熊果酸(6),β-谷甾醇(7)。结论:以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents in the rhizome of Elaeagrnus bockii,. Method: Compounds were isolated by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 chromatography. Their structures were elucidated by means of spectral analysis. Result: Seven compounds were isolated from the rhizomes of E. bockii, and their structures were identified as angelicin ( 1 ), psoralen (2), vanillic acid (3), bakuchiol (4), oleanolic acid (5), ursolic acid (6) and β-sitosterol (7). Condusion: All these compounds were obtained from E. bockii for the first time.
