摘要
目的 探讨富硒长叶胡颓子果实的抗炎和免疫作用。方法 抗炎实验采用二甲苯引起小鼠的炎性水肿 和角叉菜胶引起大鼠足肿胀的方法;免疫实验采用对小鼠体内碳粒廓清功能的影响和对2,4-二硝基氯苯小鼠迟 发型超敏反应影响的方法。结果 富硒长叶胡颓子果实水煎液及醇提液能明显抑制小鼠耳肿胀;醇提液对大鼠足 肿胀有明显的抑制作用;水煎液能增强小鼠单核巨噬细胞的吞噬功能,对小鼠迟发型超敏反应有明显的抑制作用。 结论 富硒长叶胡颓子果实有明显的抗炎和免疫调节作用。
Objective To study the anti-inflammatory and immune effects of Selenium-Elaeagnus bockii Diels fruit. Methods A few conventional models, such as the mouse phlogistic edema induced by xylence. The rats hind paw swelling elicited by The immune experiment adopted carbo clearance method and the deleyed-type hypersensitivity reactions by DNCB. Results The water or ethanol extract of Selenium-Elaeagnus bockii Diels fruit can obviously decrease the mouse pinna swelling. The ethanol extract can obviously decrease the rats hind paw swelling. The water extract can increase the function of macrophage and decrese deleyed-type hepersensitivity reactions of mouse. Conclusion Selenium-Elaeaynus bockii Diels fruit has the effects of antiinflammatory and immune.
