摘要
本文对B-RE共渗剂及其工艺进行了研究,结果表明,稀土在粉末渗硼中能有效地提高渗硼层的生长速度,所研制的渗硼剂性能稳定,渗速可提高20~30%。根据研究成果,提出了渗剂设计的基本思路。
This article is deal with the B-Re solid the thermochemical treating processes and its penetrant.The results showed that rare-earth can accelerate the boriding proceess of steels.And the permeating rate is increased by 20-30%.According to the result,the author has summed up the basic clue of penetrant making up.
