摘要
目的观察脑卒中患者舌象变化指导临床治疗。方法记录127例脑中风患者全病程舌象,根据舌象变化选用“开窍熄风胶囊”、“通腑汤”、“羚蝎胶囊”、“化瘀汤”、“益阴汤”、“益气活血糖浆”进行辨证治疗。结果黄、白垢腻苔,厚腻苔,黄腻苔,黄糙苔,舌下脉络迂曲,舌质红绛或暗红,舌体卷缩,多为危重之症。通过结合证、舌、脉的辨证施治,127例中基本恢复39例,显著进步31例,进步31例,稍进步11例,恶化4例,死亡4例,总有效率为88.2%。结论风火痰热是中风的主要病机,脑卒中患者舌象观察对临床治疗有一定的指导意义。
Objective:To observe the variations in tongue picture and guide the clinical therapy.Method:In 127 patients with stroke the tongue pictures were recorded for whole terms.Based on the changes in tongue pictures the Kaiqiao Xifeng Decoction(开窍熄风汤),Tongfu Decoction(通腑汤),Lingxie Capsule(羚蝎胶囊),Huayu Decotion(化瘀汤),Yiyin Decoction(益阴汤) and Yiqi Huoxue Syrup(益气活血糖浆) were selectively used to carry out syndromes differ treatment.Result:The White-yellow fur,white greasy dirty fur,thick greasy tongue,yellow greasy tongue,yellow rough greasy,pulse collateral tortuosity is subtongue,deep red tongue or dark red tongue and crimp of the tongue body were all the prediction of severe diseases.Through the syndromes differ treatment of syndrome,tongue and pulse among the 127 cases 39 cases were basically reeoved,31 cases markedly improved,31 cascs improved,11 cases slightly improved,4 cases deteriorated,11 cases died,and the total effective rate was 88.2%.Conclusion:Wind-fire and phlegm-heat is the mainly pathologic mechanisms of stroke.The observations on tongue picture in patients with stroke possess some significance for guiding clinical therapy in certain extent.
