牙齿预备体颈缘线自适应提取算法的研究与实现 被引量:3

摘要 预备体颈缘线的自动提取技术是口腔CAD/CAM修复工艺边缘密合的关键环节,修复冠的边缘密合性将对患者的牙龈健康有重要影响。本研究提出了一种在牙齿预备体三角网格模型上自动提取颈缘特征线的方法,借助数理统计学计算概率引导线、搜索球半径和质心修正,动态搜索关键特征点,并拟合成颈缘特征线。最后通过前、后牙的应用实例证实本研究算法的高效性、稳定性。 Dental CAD/CAM offers the prospects of drastically reducing the time to provide service to patients. Automatic extraction of tooth preparation line is one of the important parts of dental CAD/CAM. This paper presented an method for extracting the tooth preparation line from digital dental measurements. First step, discrete curvature analysis on triangle meshes was done to obtain approximation curvature values. Feature regions distinguished themselves by defining curvature threshold. Second step, the key feature points were searched by the probability method of computing dynamic guiding line, radius of the search sphere and centroid modified. Third step, the key feature points were fitted to preparation line. Some examples were tested in this work, the results demonstrated that the proposed algorithm is effective and feasible.
