摘要
本文提出了一种基于特征点的由GRID至TIN的转换算法。算法通过计算GRID每个高程点的法向量得到反映地形变化的俯仰角分量栅格图和水平偏转角分量栅格图,采用高斯模板和canny算法对这两种栅格图进行特征点检测,提取表征地形变化的特征点。对得到的特征点Delaunay三角化,构造点与三角形间的拓扑关系,即可得到TIN。该算法在顾及全局的基础上,消除尽可能多的冗余数据,有效保留了反映地形变化的特征点。
In this paper , an algorithm that changes GRID to TIN is provided. With the normal of all the elevations in the GRID , the pitch angle image and the plane revolving angle image , which represent the feature of the terrain, are got. The gauss template and the canny algorithm are applied to detect the terrain's feature points. After Delaunay trianglating the feature points and constructing the topology of the points and the triangles , the TIN is got. With the whole terrain taked into account and the small edundancy, the feature points of the GRID which can reflect the change of the terrain is detected.
