摘要
以党的十六届四中全会关于构建和谐社会的思想为指导,从激发图书馆可持续发展活力和激发大学生创造活力等方面论述了构建和谐高校图书馆的思路和措施。
Based on ＂Building Harmonious Society＂ produced by the 4th Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee of the CPC, the paper discusses the issue on how to form a harmonious atmosphere in the academic library from the aspects of stimulating library＇ s sustainable development and college students＇ creative vitality.
