摘要
随着信息技术的不断发展和应用,为了适应网络环境对图书馆工作的要求,2002年2月21日国家教育部正式印发了《普通高等学校图书馆规程(修订)》,对高校图书馆专业人员的学历提出了新的规定。随着改革的不断深入,要求我们必须花大力气抓好图书馆的队伍建设,因此高校图书馆人才结构如何合理调节,是图书馆在网络环境下深入发展的关键。
To keep pace with constant development and application of information technology,Ministry of Education published Stipulation of Libraries of Common Colleges and Universities in order to fit in with internet environment demands proposed to library work.The stipulation provides educational level of working personnel in libraries of colleges and universities,which demands a rise of competence and educational level of working personnel in libraries.The new stipulation fits in completely with the demands of the development of library undertakings today and in the future.However,it is hard for working personnel in some libraries of colleges and universities to fit in with the current demands in educational levels,professional titles and professional skills because of different reasons.In pace with process of the reform,it is necessary for us to strengthen the working personnel in libraries.Therefore,it is the crux of library development to adjust structures of human resources of colleges and universities equitably.
