摘要
“综合导师制”是大学生思想政治教育的方法和途径,在大学生思想政治教育及新型人才培养中起到了重要的作用,提高了大学生思想政治教育的针对性和实效性,是新形势下大学生思想政治教育的发展和创新。
Comprehensive tutor system, a method of ideological and political education, plays a great part in college students＇ ideological and political education and new talented people＇s cultivation. Being the development and innovation of college students＇ ideological and political educa- tion in the current situation, comprehensive tutor system strengthens the pertinence and the effectiveness of college students＇ ideological and political education.
