摘要
通过对高炉炉型影响因素的分析,结合武钢6号高炉炉型管理的实践,总结出高炉炉型管理和日常维护的主要经验是:加强原燃料管理、水系统管理和高炉日常操作管理。炉内参数调剂合理,炉前渣铁排放及时均匀,炉况稳定顺行是高炉炉型合理稳定的有力保障。
By analyzing the influences of blast furnace shape on ironmaking production and practices on blast furnace shape management in No. 6 blast furnace of WISCO, the author concludes the experiences with regard to blast furnace shape management and daily maintenance. The author thinks following factors are the powerful measures to keep proper and stable blast furnace shape ： enhancing the management of raw material and fuel, water system and daily operation of blast furnace ; rational conditioning of various data of furnace internal part ; timely and uniform tapping of hot metal and slag at cast house ; stable and smooth status of blast furnace operation.
