摘要
对宣钢2#高炉(有效容积2500m3)炉型管理实践进行了总结,通过优化上下部调剂、合理分布炉内煤气流、加强水系统管理,严格热、渣制度等管理,2#高炉操作炉型合理,取得了较好的冶炼效果。
It is concluded the profile management practice for 2# blast furnace （ effective volume 2 500 m3 ） of Xuan Steel. By optimizing regulation between upper and lower parts, reasonably distributing gas flow in fur nace, strengthening water management, strictly managing heat and slag systems, the operation profile of 2# blast furnace is reasonable, good melting effect got.
