摘要
本文在借鉴了国外经验的基础上,就我国食品工业中类胡萝卜素的生产和应用中所遇到的问题的作了描述,并展望对我国这一领域今后的发展前景。
In refer to experiences from various countries, this article gives an outline of carotenoid production and application in Chinese food industrial base with an emphasis on the scope of future.
